Who's Behind The Human CEO

The Human CEO is made by Human,  a culture architecture consultancy that's spent over a decade helping leaders build businesses where people actually want to work.

Human was founded in 2013. What started as helping businesses find the right people evolved into something bigger: helping leaders build the systems, behaviour, and leadership capability that make culture real, not just a set of values on a wall.

The Human CEO grew out of that work. In 2020, with leaders suddenly cut off from their teams, we started bringing them into a room to talk honestly about what culture actually meant under pressure. Almost seven years and 200 episodes later, it's a space for leaders to talk about how they've built their culture, how they're making it sustainable, and the impact it has on the people who work for them.
